U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid: Assessment and development of a strategic plan for their national training effort for partners.

Corning, Inc. Corning, NY: Benchmarking and recommendations for restructuring of their multimedia function.

North Suburban Library System Wheeling, IL: Audit of their communication and learning systems in support of over 600 member libraries, including the use of an online group decision-support system, resulting in the re-design of their Internet site and prototyping of an e-newsletter.

Ernst and Young LLP  New York, NY: Mentoring of director of sales communication in developing a new communications plan, analyzing and improving the current internal and external communication and learning infrastructure, and articulating and expanding the role of communication professionals in the firm. 

First Chicago NBD Bank, Chicago, IL: consultation on budget and staffing for proposed "Learning Connection" online learning and performance development system.

Bandag Inc., Muscatine, IO: Development of design and management standards for Intranet-based training and performance support.

Raymond Corporation Greene, NY: Analysis and recommendations on comprehensive re-design and integration of training, documentation, help line, and other performance improvement systems to support dealer technicians, including an on-line Internet knowledge management system. Worked with team to successfully structure and propose a new department and professional roles for "Information and Productivity Technology". This project was featured in the Wall Street Journal in May 1996.

Excel Partnership, Inc. Sandy Hook, CT: Consultation on use of multimedia and the Internet for delivery and marketing of business process improvement training and consultation. 

Sikorsky Aircraft, Stratford, CT: Consultation on performance consulting strategies, adoption of multimedia, and on development of continuos learning system for high-tech assembly personnel. 

ISVOR Fiat (Division of Fiat), Turin, Italy: In partnership with with ISVOR executives, developed plans and provided professional development necessary to re-invent training functions and strategies to encompass new services in support and dissemination of executive presentations, knowledge capture and documentation, multimedia, and performance consulting. 

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Lebanon, TN: As "communication futurists" for this chain of over 300 restaurants and gift stores, conducted comprehensive organizational communication analysis and developed strategic plan for integrated communication and learning systems including multimedia, teleconferencing, and reduction of "information overload" through new electronic communication technologies and management policies. Presented executive briefings and assisted in new job description and recruiting of manager of corporate communication.

Guthrie Healthcare System Sayre, PA: Consultation, briefings, and facilitation of company-wide strategic planning committee that developed strategies for adopting principles of performance technology and the "learning organization". Led the integration and re-alignment of training and executive development, human resources, information technologies, and internal/external communication practices, policies, and staff into a new "Human and Organizational Development" department.

Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Western New York Binghamton, NY: Redesigned recruitment, selection, documentation, training, and performance support approaches for medical claims processing; mentored technical writers and training personnel; converted print policies and procedures manuals to prototype on-line hypertext performance support system. 

Robert Morris Associates Philadelphia, PA: Developed strategies for new product line of multimedia instructional materials, including design and programming of prototype interactive simulation program, specification of design guidelines and storyboarding/scripting formats for the multimedia product series, specification of hardware/authoring software systems, and consultation on writing requests for proposals and contracts, and selecting multimedia contractors. 

Bank of Montreal Toronto, Ontario, Canada: Recommended new human resources communication strategies and technologies; developed philosophies, practices, and standards for training and performance support systems to align them with Bank values and goals and external communication campaigns; executive briefings on training and corporate communication strategies and facilities design; rapid prototyping of CBT and performance support system. 

Espar Products Toronto, Ontario, Canada: Integration and execution of advertising, marketing, public relations, and training interventions including trade show booth design, creation of sales lead processing system, creation of computerized sales analysis software system, production of distributor newsletter, development of training and marketing videotapes, slides, & manuals, and market research. 

New York State Electric & Gas, Binghamton, NY: Developed mission and practice guidelines for new professional development resources team; analyzed and recommended new marketing and public relations strategies for new energy technologies.
