Diane M. Gayeski,
Ph.D.
leads a carefully chosen team of associates who specialize in strategies for
corporate communication and learning. She is the author of more than 100
articles and fourteen books, some of which are the principal texts used in
university and continuing education courses in corporate communication, human
resources, and instructional systems design. Dr.
Gayeski is currently serving as Interim Dean of the Roy H. Park School of Communications at
Ithaca College where she has been Professor of Strategic Communication since 1979. She's also an adjunct graduate professor of
Instructional and
Performance Technology for the online Master's degree program at Boise State
University,
and is an active contributor and journal editor for major professional
societies. Her work and ideas have been cited in the Wall Street Journal,
Corporate University Review, Training Magazine, Computerworld, Business Week,
Strategic Communication Management, Newsweek, and many other

Gayeski is internationally recognized as a pioneer in new media. She’s produced groundbreaking marketing and
training programs for emerging technologies, including the first prototypes
for interactive video devices developed by Sony and Panasonic. She is also the author of the first
textbook on non-broadcast corporate and instructional video, and co-author of
the first book on interactive media, written in 1980. Over
the years, we’ve taught thousands of clients and students our secrets to
innovation. All of our projects are
led personally by Dr. Gayeski whose passion is to teach the next generation
of leaders in human performance improvement, corporate communication, and
organizational learning. Ongoing
